PARKING
The external Car Park is available FREE of charge.
Internal Car Park (in Nature Park & Recreation Area) - $20.00 per vehicle (Pay at Admission)
Please note spaces are limited.
Table Decorations Small potted flowering plants or orchids to take away or use as gifts - $30.00 -150.00 each
Additional decorative plants rental is based on items selected.
Access Fee for entrance to the venue outside of regular operating hours - $ 500.00 per hour or any part there of.
Overnight Security Fee for items which may need to be stored before and/or after function - $600.00 per night.
Delayed removal of equipment / fixtures, etc - $ 1000.00 per day.
“After Hours” Fee From 5.00 to 7.00 pm - $600.00 + VAT (for 2 hours), each additional hour thereafter is $500.00.
This fee will also apply to any other groups concerned with the event i.e. caterer, DJ, etc.
Clean Up Fee is applied only if the area has not been left in a satisfactory condition and is based on the number of guests.
Lighting and Power Supply Cost is based on an estimate of the requirements.
